These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Impression Gifts' Website.

1. Bulk Orders

We specialize in B2B and bulk orders. The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) mentioned on the product page is final. Samples can be provided on a paid basis upon request.

2. Customization & Branding

Logo printing and customization require high-resolution vector files (CDR, AI, PDF). Once the artwork is approved by the client, no further changes can be made.

3. Payment Terms

For bulk orders, a 50% advance payment is required to start production, and the remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch. Prices mentioned on the website (if any) are subject to change based on raw material costs.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with third-party logistics for pan-India delivery. While we ensure timely dispatch, Impression Gifts is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or natural calamities.
